Preparing to Install PROLIN Power Server

PROLIN Power Server is compatible with a range of Service Desk service packs. During installation, it is important to select the correct service pack number corresponding to the server that the client will connect to. Support for additional Service Desk service packs can be added later if needed.

To install PROLIN Power Server efficiently, complete the following steps before installation:

• Locate the directory of the Service Desk server
  
• Identify the Service Desk service pack number
  
• Verify that the computer intended for PROLIN Power Server has .NET Framework 4.8 installed:
  • This is often installed automatically through Microsoft updates
