Help Improve PROLIN Smart Client

The best way to help improve PROLIN Smart Client is simply to use it. While the application is designed to make your work easier, occasional issues may arise that the development team would like to know about.

Reporting Issues

When a problem occurs:

  • Do not select “Ignore the error and attempt to continue” unless you are in the middle of an operation involving saved data.
  • Provide detailed information in the error report’s description field, including the steps that led up to the issue.

If You Do Not Have Internet Access

  • Click Save as File in the error dialog.
  • Email the saved file to:

Sending the Report

If you have internet access:

  1. Click Send Error Report.
  2. Enter your email address if you are willing to be contacted about the issue.
