Client Access Licenses (CAL)

When you purchase additional Client Access Licenses (CALs), you can increase the total number of named users that work with PROLIN Smart Suite.

Prerequisites

  • The CAL functionality requires PROLIN Power Server version 10.4 or higher.
  • The minimum version of PROLIN Smart Client is 10.12 SR-10 when using Integrated Windows authentication.
  • For Basic authentication, the minimum version of PROLIN Smart Client is 10.12 SR-11.
  • CAL accounts only work with PROLIN Smart Client 10.12 SR-11 (or later).
    They cannot be used with legacy clients.
